INN POLICIES

Pets: Your well behaved dog is welcomed. All dogs must be current on rabies vaccination and flea/tick preventative. Proof of rabies is due at check in. We ask that all dogs are leashed, on a flea/tick program, and are picked up after. Please note there is a $15 per night per pet fee for daily reservations, or $50 per week per pet fee for all weekly stays.*

*$25 per night per pet / $75 per week per pet for Log Cabin reservations.
Smoking: There is no smoking allowed inside any of the buildings on the property.

Deposits: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Due to our small size and location, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance to fill the space. If a cancellation is made 30 days prior to your arrival, we will offer a refund of your deposit, or you may elect to apply the balance to a future stay within the next year. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before your arrival, every effort is made to rebook the cottage. When the cottage is rebooked, and confirmed with payment, all monies will be returned. If not rebooked, all monies are forfeited. If you arrive late or leave early, you are still responsible for all nights booked for your intended stay.

Dockage: One boat slip is included in your rental costs. Any additional boat dockage needed is $15 a day or $95 per week. Our docks have both water and electric.

Weekly stays during the summer season are Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 3:00 pm Saturday afternoon and check out is 11:00am Saturday morning.
