#7 - Crossover Cottage was the first cottage we renovated in 2010.  The cottage was completely take down to the frame with structural work done to the foundation.  The interior is finished with knotty pine tongue and groove, giving the cottage a very cozy feel.  The floors are southern yellow pine from a local lumber mill.  You will be sure to prepare delicious meals in a fully stocked kitchen with custom made hickory cabinets.  With a screened-in porch, this is an ideal setting to take in a gorgeous Chippewa Bay sunset.  When the nights get cool, the gas fireplace with a stone mantel from a local quarry will be sure to keep you warm.
