Pets: Your well behaved pet is welcomed. We ask that all pets are leashed, on flea/tick program, and are picked up after.

Smoking: There is no smoking allowed inside any of the buildings on the property.

Deposits: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:  Due to our small size and location, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance to fill the space. If a cancellation is made 30 days prior to your arrival, we will offer a refund of your deposit or you may elect to apply the balance to a future stay within the next year. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before your arrival, every effort is made to rebook the cottage. When the cottage is rebooked, and confirmed with payment, all monies will be returned. If not rebooked, all monies are forfeited. If you arrive late or leave early, you are still responsible for all nights booked for your intended stay.
